The whole home sensor should be installed on the main water pipe inside the home before the pipe splits ie before any T coupling that redirects the pipes in two or more directions.

Yes our sensor technology will work anywhere in the world.  We can provide water measurements in gallons and liters.

The power supply works within the range of 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz.

Once an online order is placed on the Intellecy online store, it cannot be cancelled. We send all new orders to our warehouse to be packed for shipping as soon as possible.

The Intellecy online store orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been placed. But you have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund.

Intellecy offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased from the Intellecy online store, you can return it within 30 days of shipment for a full product refund.

We can not accept returns, purchased at Amazon, a retail store, or any of our authorized resellers.  For those purchases, contact the seller directly for their policies.

This allows you to put the Water Manager where is best for you to keep an eye on the current status of your plumbing and water usage.

The Water Manager lights up in different colors that refer to the current water status ie sensing, water flowing, leak, etc.  With the meter connected to the sensor via a cable, 

Since the sensor must be installed on the main water pipe and that may be in the basement, garage or some other “out of sight” location, having the two together would not let you benefit from the water status light.

Alerts and notifications are configurable according to the preferences you set. Alerts and notifications are sent to the panel, your smartphone, text and email.

Alerts and notifications are available for:

  • high water use
  • water leak
  • lost Wifi
  • poor sensor contact with pipe
  • approaching conservation goals
  • exceeding normal usage

If a problem condition occurs, you will receive a notification on the app, via text, email and on the Water Manager.
