The quickest way to get started is to select a preset package from the dropdown below. These packages include ready-made form templates along with the lists they reference (like common weather conditions or terrain types). Load one up, explore how it's structured, then customize it to fit your team's needs — rename fields, add new options, or remove what you don't use.

When you're happy with your configuration, click Download .lokate to save the file. To get it onto your phone, simply share the file to Lokate using your device's share menu (AirDrop, email, Files app, etc.) — Lokate will recognize the file and offer to import your templates and lists automatically.
