Software Developer Responsibilities (SWE-A-02-18):

Join the Intellecy Development Team as an Android Software Developer. We are looking for a developer with the desire to design, build, and implement innovative and  scalable solutions. These solutions make a serious impact to the efficiency and user experience in the Intellecy software solutions.

Software Developer Duties:
  • Develops software solutions by analyzing needs, studying systems, data usage, and processes, investigating problems, and conferring with product manager and users.
  • Determines feasibility by evaluating and analyzing the defined problem, product requirements, proposed solutions and solution development.
  • Demonstrates / presents software solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
  • Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Obtains and licenses software by obtaining required information from vendors; recommending purchases; testing and approving products
  • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes development and service issues for management review.
  • Accomplishes engineering and company mission by completing tasks, assignments and projects on-time and to a high level of quality.
  • Maintains knowledge current by learning new development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment;
    • participates in educational programs, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities (DMS-07-18):

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible to implement, track, and optimize customer acquisition campaigns across all our digital channels. They possess a strong grasp of current marketing tools to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution. They are part of a marketing team that drives customer acquisition and the growth of our business.

Digital Marketing Specialist Duties
  • Create and implement digital marketing methodologies to optimize the performance of our marketing channels including SEM, social/online advertising campaigns, SEO, and email marketing to drive sales.
  • Manage and optimize customer acquisition on social media platforms and online marketing campaigns including AdWords, search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
  • Leverage web site(s), SEO, SEM, social media, blogs, and other digital tools to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies to ensure compliance with brand standards and to achieve growth in digital channels.
  • Create targeted campaigns across desktop and mobile to include social network integration.
  • Create and manage campaign reporting dashboards, KPIs, affiliate marketing campaigns with SEO/SEM optimization and consistent best practice analysis.
  • Drive increased traffic and leads focusing on increasing conversion rates across earned and paid (PPC) media.
  • Execution / management of targeted digital marketing campaigns including, but not limited to: paid and earned media platforms.
  • Stay current with new advances in social marketing and best practices.
  • Develop and manage budget for digital marketing plan and is accountable for delivering against business goals/objectives.

Digital Marketing Specialist Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 2-5 plus years of relevant digital marketing experience including Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO, SEM and Tag Manager,
  • Experience developing a comprehensive digital strategy, digital campaign management and optimizing Social Media platforms.
  • Experience with email design, execution, segmentation and channel optimization.
  • Experience driving and converting paid traffic through Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
  • Experience with sales lead generation via combination of SEO/SEM.
  • Experience developing and understanding the customer online experience and journey.
  • Ability to make timely decisions in complex situations, develop creative solutions, and think strategically.
  • Experience with display/mobile/search/video
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of organization with strong project management skills.
Marketing Research Analyst Responsibilities (MRA-01-16):

Marketing Research Analyst will methodically uncover customer preferences and research statistical data in order to support customers during their decision making process regarding product capabilities, use, and value expectations. The successful candidate will be able to autonomously analyze quantitative and qualitative data, trends, strategies and competition and provide information for senior management to use for decision making, increase competitiveness and improve competitive positioning / advantage.

Marketing Research Analyst Duties 
  • Collect data on consumers, competitors and customer markets
  • Compile and analyze statistical data using various methods to collect them
  • Consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Interpret research to formulate reports and make recommendations
  • Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
  • Perform valid and reliable SWOT analysis of competitors
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
  • Remain fully informed on industry and market trends
  • Implement best practices including cataloging findings to databases
Marketing Research Analyst Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven marketing research analysis experience
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases, MS Office, search engines, web analytics and business research tools
  • Knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • BS degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field
Communications (Marketing Communications) Specialist Responsibilities (MCS-01-16):

The Communications Specialist will develop and manage our external and internal communications. You will promote a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on our company’s behalf.

Communications (Marcom) Specialist Duties 
  • Develop effective corporate communication strategies
  • Manage internal communications (newsletters etc.)
  • Draft content for mass media (e.g. press releases, media kit)
  • Organize initiatives and plan events or press conferences
  • Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements etc.
  • Foster relationships with advocates, key persons and communication consultants
  • Develop theme and produce copy for advertisements or articles
  • Oversee publicity; perform “damage control” in cases of bad publicity
  • Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership
Communications (Marcom) Specialist Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as communications specialist
  • Strong written communication (copywriting and editing)
  • Strong oral communication and presentation skills
  • Print production is a plus
  • Understanding of project management is a plus
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude with the ability to gain the trust of colleagues and external parties
  • Knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Proficient command of English
  • Bachelors in public relations, communications or relevant field; Masters a plus
